A few Georgia summers later

Humidity, pollen, red clay dust and sun break a finish down from the outside in. This house is still sound underneath. It needs the work done in the right order, and you're choosing how.

Help us bring it back.

Every step from here is yours to pick.

Wash it before anything touches it

Paint over mildew, pollen and chalky old coating and it peels within a season. Skipping the wash saves a day. It costs you the paint job.

How should we clean it?

Prep is where most painters cut corners

It's slow, nobody sees it, and it decides how long the paint lasts. Do every step, in order, and watch each one go on the house.

Prep in order

Primer is the grip

Bare wood, patches and stains take paint unevenly. Primer seals them so the color bonds, covers in fewer coats and dries to one even sheen.

Primed and ready for color.

Next, the part you've been waiting for.

Your turn. Pick the color

We use Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paints. Choose a siding color and watch it go on.

Siding color

Trim that frames it

Sharp, clean trim lines are what make a house look finished. Windows, fascia, columns and railings get their own color.

Stain the door or paint it?

A stained door is stripped and sanded to bare wood first, then the grain is brought back out.

Weathered dark boards beside the same wood sanded and refinished to a light natural tone.

Every step done, nothing skipped.

Three steps to a defined project

Good planning starts with the details of your property. If people will be living or working in the space, mention furniture, customer routes, shared entrances and anything else that limits how the work can happen.

  1. Discuss your project

Tell us which rooms, cabinets or exterior features are involved, plus any visible damage, existing finishes and access needs. The contact form starts an inquiry.

  2. Review the itemized estimate

Go through the customized estimate to see which surfaces, prep, repairs and finishing are included. Ask what's excluded and how any additional damage would change the scope.

  3. Choose your scope

Pick the work room by room or project by project. Before you agree to anything, we'll talk through access, finish selections and the scheduled project follow-up.

A project you can define

You don't have to do every surface at once. A clear scope separates the prep work that's actually needed from optional changes in color or look.

Understand the estimate

Our estimates are customized and itemized, so you can see prep, repairs and finishing as separate lines instead of comparing totals with no idea what's in them.

Set your priorities

Pick the work room by room or project by project. Sort out which repairs are necessary, then decide which cosmetic updates make the cut this time.

Who's doing the work

The work is done by trained employees who work directly for the company. A scheduled follow-up gives you a chance to raise any questions or concerns left over from the agreed work.

Painting and preparation across the area

We work in Alpharetta and across Greater Atlanta, including Roswell, Johns Creek, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs and Tucker. On exterior jobs, the area's humidity and rain mean drying time and coating requirements have to be planned for. When you get in touch, tell us where you are and which surfaces are involved.

Common questions before you start

A few details make the estimate conversation more useful: what you want changed, what shape the surfaces are in, and whether repairs should be looked at together with the finish work.

Can I request work for just one room or part of the exterior?

Yes. We customize estimates room by room or project by project. Point out the walls, ceilings, trim or exterior sections you want included, and the painting and any related repairs can be looked at separately.

Can repairs and washing be included with painting?

Yes. We offer Drywall repair, Wood repair, Caulking, Siding repair and washing services. Ask which prep tasks your estimate covers. Active moisture problems and deteriorated materials have to be dealt with before finishing, since paint alone won't solve them.

What affects the cost of my project?

The estimate depends on surface area, current condition, prep, repairs, access, the coatings chosen and how big a color change you want. For cabinets, it also depends on which doors, drawer fronts, frames and other surfaces are included.

How do I request an estimate or arrange an appointment?

Request a free estimate through the contact page, with your location, the surfaces involved and any visible damage. Appointments are required. Sending the form starts an inquiry; it doesn't confirm a booking.

Start with the part that matters most

Whether it's one room, your cabinets or a bigger exterior refresh, tell us what you want to fix up, including any peeling paint, damaged wood or wall problems you've noticed. We work by appointment only, so send an inquiry and we'll sort out the project and the appointment.
